Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 cup Soya granules
- 1 cup Channa Dal
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Dhania leaves (chopped )
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 3 - Green chilies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Oil (for frying)
Instruction
- Soak channa dal and soya granules for 1 hour.
- Wash channa dal and cook with all the remaining ingredient, in a pressure cooker up to 3 whistles and 10 minutes on sim.
- Fry and dry up any water that is left.
- Grind mixture to a coarse paste.
- Make tikkis and shallow fry
- Serve with chutney of your choice or tomato ketchup.
