Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 12 ounces sablefish ((2) 6-ounce fillets, black cod fillets (see substitutes for sablefish in the notes))
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 4 scallions (greens, and whites, thinly sliced)
  • 4 mini sweet peppers (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated (about 1-inch piece))
  • 1 head bok choy (chopped)
  • 1 cup prepared steamed rice ((optional))
  • sriracha ((optional))

  • Position an oven rack 6-inches away from the broiler. Set the broiler on high.
