- 20 pcs Chicken legs
- 1/2 cup Philippine Soy sauce
- 1 whole garlic, minced
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- oil
Instruction
- Marinate chicken pieces in garlic, soy sauce and lemon for at least 24 hours.
- Before cooking let it cool down to room temperature.
- Shallow fry chicken pieces covered for 8-10 minutes.
