The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 20 pcs Chicken legs
  • 1/2 cup Philippine Soy sauce
  • 1 whole garlic, minced
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • oil

Instruction

  • Marinate chicken pieces in garlic, soy sauce and lemon for at least 24 hours.
  • Before cooking let it cool down to room temperature.
  • Shallow fry chicken pieces covered for 8-10 minutes.
