Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes (cut into wedges)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with silpat or parchment paper, set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together panko, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, salt, pepper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix potato wedges with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle panko mixture over the potatoes, and toss together.
  • Pour potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
