Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes (cut into wedges)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with silpat or parchment paper, set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together panko, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, salt, pepper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix potato wedges with olive oil.
- Sprinkle panko mixture over the potatoes, and toss together.
- Pour potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
