Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-1/2 pound Flat Iron Steak
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice ( about half a lime)
- Extra lime for garnish
Instruction
- Rinse the steak and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and lime juice. Mix to combine. Rub all of the mixture onto both sides of the steak, cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat up the grill and cook on medium-high until cooked as desired. Squeeze lime over steak.
- Serve with a wedge of lime.
