Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove (pressed or minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
  • If a thinner dressing is preferred, stir in additional buttermilk 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve as a salad dressing or dip. Garnish with green onion slices or chopped fresh parsley.
