The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove (pressed or minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
- If a thinner dressing is preferred, stir in additional buttermilk 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve as a salad dressing or dip. Garnish with green onion slices or chopped fresh parsley.
