- Vacuum Sealer
- Vacuum Sealer Bags

- Steak Stone
- 8 oz Sirloin Steaks
- Salt & Pepper
- Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes
Instruction
- Season your sirloin steaks with salt and pepper. Place the sirloin steaks inside vacuum bags and seal them with your sealing machine.
- Preheat your water bath to 54c/129.2f and place your steaks into the bath.
- Cook for an hour and then remove your sirloin steaks with tongs.
- While your steak is cooking in the sous vide warm up your steak stone and plan what sauces and sides you plan to have with your sirloin steak.
- When the steak is cooked place them on the steak stone with a little extra salt and pepper. Sear it for a couple of minutes and serve with your favourite sides.
