Ingredients

The following ingredients have 14 Servings
  • 230 gm dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 113 gm butter (melted )
  • 100 gm Sugar
  • 5 gm vanilla extract
  • 116 gm hung curd
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 175 gm sourdough starter (at 100 percent hydration)
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instruction

  • Melt the chocolate along with butter in microwave, nearly for a minute.
  • Stir it well so that it becomes a homogeneous mass.
  • Add sugar in chocolate syrup and mix well.
  • Then add curd, vanilla, ginger powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, salt and soda. Mix well.
  • Add sourdough starter and gently fold in till it gets completely mixed with chocolate mixture.
  • Preheat oven to 350'F
  • Pour batter in 9*9" greased baking tin or cupcake liners and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
