Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 onion
  • 350gr cream
  • 50gr sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive olil
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 100gr provolone cheese
  • 50gr flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instruction

  • Slice onions. Braise them in a pan with olive oil and rosemary. Add salt and sugar and let become dark. Let cool down.
  • Mix eggs with 250gr of cream, flour and minced provolone cheese. Add the onion at the mix. Put the mix in little bakink-pans. Baking for 10min at 180°C.
  • Mix lemon juice with 100gr of cream and 1 pinch of salt.
  • Serve the flan with cream and adorne with rosemary sprig. Keen appetite!!!! :-)
