Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 onion
- 350gr cream
- 50gr sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive olil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 3 pinches salt
- 100gr provolone cheese
- 50gr flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch salt
Instruction
- Slice onions. Braise them in a pan with olive oil and rosemary. Add salt and sugar and let become dark. Let cool down.
- Mix eggs with 250gr of cream, flour and minced provolone cheese. Add the onion at the mix. Put the mix in little bakink-pans. Baking for 10min at 180°C.
- Mix lemon juice with 100gr of cream and 1 pinch of salt.
- Serve the flan with cream and adorne with rosemary sprig. Keen appetite!!!! :-)
