Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 1 onion small
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Grease and line a quiche dish with a pastry sheet.
  • Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk.
  • Add sour cream and mix together until creamy.
  • Add bacon, onion and cheese. Stir together then season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour into quiche dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
