Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml sour cream
- 1 onion small
- 4 bacon rashers
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Grease and line a quiche dish with a pastry sheet.
- Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk.
- Add sour cream and mix together until creamy.
- Add bacon, onion and cheese. Stir together then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into quiche dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
