Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1 stick(s) unsalted butter
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cup(s) flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 cup(s) mashed (very ripe) bananas
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 cup(s) chopped walnuts or pecans
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350. Butter loaf pan, set aside. Cream butter and sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs to butter/sugar mixture and beat to mix well.
- In med bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to the butter mixture, and mix till just combined.
- Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Mix to combine. Stir in nuts. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake about an hour and 10 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let rest in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool.
