- Soup Maker
- 360 g Celery
- 360 g White Potato
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Puree
- 200 ml Vegetable Stock
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Dice up your celery and potatoes, you can do the potatoes skin on or skin off. Why not save time by keeping the skin and the healthiest bit of the potato? Load celery and potatoes into a colander and rinse well and add to the soup maker.
- Load the rest of the ingredients into the soup maker and set it to the smooth soup setting.
- Cook for 20 minutes until you have smooth soup.
- Serve with grated cheese and bread rolls.
