Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Soup Maker
  • 750 g Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 Medium White Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 300 ml Vegetable Stock
  • 100 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Instruction

  • Peel and dice your onion and garlic clove. Load into the soup maker with seasonings and frozen cauliflower.
  • Place the lid on the soup maker and select smooth soup and cook for 28-30 minutes. When it beeps remove the lid, stir in milk, any extra seasonings and enjoy!
