The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Soup Maker
- 750 g Frozen Cauliflower
- 1 Medium White Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 300 ml Vegetable Stock
- 100 ml Skimmed Milk
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 1 Tsp Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Peel and dice your onion and garlic clove. Load into the soup maker with seasonings and frozen cauliflower.
- Place the lid on the soup maker and select smooth soup and cook for 28-30 minutes. When it beeps remove the lid, stir in milk, any extra seasonings and enjoy!
