Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Soup Maker
  • 300 g Asparagus
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • 1 Medium Carrots
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Vegetable OXO Cube (optional)

Instruction

  • Chop your asparagus into thirds and place into your soup maker.
  • Peel and slice your onion, celery, carrot and garlic.
  • Load them into the soup maker along with 400ml of veggie stock and your seasonings.
  • Place the lid on your soup maker and cook for 26 minutes on the chunky setting.
  • When it beeps, reserve a couple of asparagus spears for on top and blend the rest.
  • Serve warm with your favourite bread.
