The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Soup Maker
- 300 g Asparagus
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Celery Stick
- 1 Medium Carrots
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Vegetable OXO Cube (optional)
Instruction
- Chop your asparagus into thirds and place into your soup maker.
- Peel and slice your onion, celery, carrot and garlic.
- Load them into the soup maker along with 400ml of veggie stock and your seasonings.
- Place the lid on your soup maker and cook for 26 minutes on the chunky setting.
- When it beeps, reserve a couple of asparagus spears for on top and blend the rest.
- Serve warm with your favourite bread.
