Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 5 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups butter crackers (like Ritz), crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- White rice, for serving
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Stir together chicken soup, sour cream, poppy seeds, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and garlic powder. Add chicken and stir until coated. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the crushed crackers and melted butter. Arrange over chicken mixture in baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered until bubbly and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
- Serve over white rice and enjoy!
- Note: You can also spread cooked rice in the bottom of the casserole dish before topping with chicken mixture if desired.
