Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pear (chopped)
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 1 tspn ginger paste
- 2 tspn lemon juice
- 3/4 Cup water required for pear puree and for honey ginger mixture
Instruction
- Put the chopped pear in blender and blend it to make a puree,keep aside.
- In a pan add little water and chopped ginger and bring to a simmer .Then add pear puree and honey and simmer for another 1-2 min .
- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool at room temperature.
- Pour the mixture in to a bowl through a strainer and stir lemon juice.
- Place few chopped pear in to popsicles molds and then add the pear honey mixture over it.
- Place it in a freezer and freeze for 5 hrs or overnight.
- Run warm water on popsicles mold for a minute to loosen them up so that they can easily be removed from the molds.
