- 2 Tablespoon vegetable or canola oil (or other neutral-tasting cooking oil )
- 1 Tablespoon runny honey (lightly flavoured or *see Note 1 below )
- 2 1/4 teaspoon instant or dry active yeast
- 1 teaspoon fine table salt
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (unbleached recommended, plus more as needed)
