Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • <b>Pizza:</b>
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • <b>Toppings:</b>
  • goat feta
  • tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives
  • artichoke hearts
  • onions
  • crushed red pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 F. and allow cast iron skillet to preheat in the oven.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together and allow mixture to sit for 1 hour.
  • Remove cast iron from oven, pour in socca mixture and bake for 5–8 minutes.
  • Remove and drizzle on more avocado oil.
  • Add toppings and place back in the oven to cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Allow pizza to cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
