Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- <b>Pizza:</b>
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic
- <b>Toppings:</b>
- goat feta
- tomatoes
- Kalamata olives
- artichoke hearts
- onions
- crushed red pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425 F. and allow cast iron skillet to preheat in the oven.
- In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together and allow mixture to sit for 1 hour.
- Remove cast iron from oven, pour in socca mixture and bake for 5–8 minutes.
- Remove and drizzle on more avocado oil.
- Add toppings and place back in the oven to cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow pizza to cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
