Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 (8-ounce) package Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese, softened)
  • 1 cup cane sugar ( or granulated sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons molasses (or packed dark brown sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instruction

  • Cream together Neufchatel cheese and cane sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add in molasses, vanilla and salt until well incorporated. Serve immediately or store an in airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
