- 1 (8-ounce) package Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese, softened)
- 1 cup cane sugar ( or granulated sugar)
- 2 tablespoons molasses (or packed dark brown sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Instruction
- Cream together Neufchatel cheese and cane sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add in molasses, vanilla and salt until well incorporated. Serve immediately or store an in airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
