Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 18.4 ounce box Betty Crocker™ supreme original brownie mix (includes Hershey’s® syrup)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup Hershey’s® Cookies N Creme Drops
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil and egg.  Stir until you have a smooth consistency.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then spray it gently with non-stick baking spray.  Pour the batter onto the parchment paper and spread it out until you have about 1/2 inch thickness with the batter. Gently place the Hershey’s® drops on the top of the batter.  Place in the oven to bake for 18 minutes or until done. Allow to cool for 20+ minutes.  Remove the parchment and brownies from the baking sheet and place the snowflake cookie cutter into the brownies.  Lift up and remove any excess brownie from the cutter.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar and repeat.
