The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 5oz (150gr) snow peas, trimmed, cut in half or thirds
- 2 shallots, peeled, sliced
- 1 tbs olive oil
Instruction
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add shallots and sauté until browned, reducing heat after 10 minutes, about 20 minutes total time.
- Add pea pods and sauté 2 – 4 minutes, depending on size, stirring frequently.
- Remove and serve.
