Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 5oz (150gr) snow peas, trimmed, cut in half or thirds
  • 2 shallots, peeled, sliced
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Instruction

  • Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add shallots and sauté until browned, reducing heat after 10 minutes, about 20 minutes total time.
  • Add pea pods and sauté 2 – 4 minutes, depending on size, stirring frequently.
  • Remove and serve.
