  • 1.5 cups granulated white sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 20 Snickers Minis (cut into quarters (3 full sized Snickers bars))
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 12 ounces unsalted butter (softened but still cool)
  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 10 Snickers Minis (cut in half)
