- 3 – 5 medium-size dates (~30 g or scant 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup (40 g) rolled oats**
- 1 tsp (5 g) almond butter
- 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instruction
