The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 3 – 5 medium-size dates (~30 g or scant 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup (40 g) rolled oats**
  • 1 tsp (5 g) almond butter
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • , add all the ingredients*** to the bowl of your blender and give them a stir to ensure that everything is well combined. Cover and place in fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
