Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1/2 cup butter (divided)
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (divided)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 325°. Spray a mini muffin tin liberally with non-stick spray, set aside.
- Cream together 3 tbsp of butter, 1 cup of sugar, vanilla and egg until well combined.
- Add in the milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Add in the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake at 325° for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for 5-10 minutes.
- While the muffins are cooling, melt the remaining butter and stir together the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- When the muffins are cool enough to handle, carefully remove a muffin, roll in the melted butter and then roll in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining muffins.
- Best served warm!
