Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)
- 1 large banana, frozen (overripe, sliced)
- 1/4 cup chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flax ((optional))
- 1 dates (Medjool, pitted (for extra sweetness - or 5 drops liquid stevia, maple syrup, etc.))
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!
