Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)
  • 1 large banana, frozen (overripe, sliced)
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground flax ((optional))
  • 1 dates (Medjool, pitted (for extra sweetness - or 5 drops liquid stevia, maple syrup, etc.))

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!
