- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
- butter or olive oil (for frying)
- 8 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 large white onions (sliced and separated into rings)
- 2 leeks (green top removed, sliced or diced)
- 3-4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 32 oz. beef stock
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter or olive oil ((1/2 stick butter))
- 2/3 cup gluten free flour
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet browning seasoning
