Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chicken stock

Instruction

  • In a large ziplock bag, combine flour, mustard, pepper blend and seasoned salt.
  • Add chops, one at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown meat in oil on each side.
  • Transfer to a greased 5 quart slow cooker, add onions.
  • Place leftover flour from the ziplock in a small bowl; whisk in broth until smooth. Pour over chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender. (In my crockpot - 2 hours was plenty).
  • Remove pork to a serving plate and keep warm. Whisk pan juices until smooth; serve with pork.
