Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 8 graham crackers, crushed
- Mini marshmallows
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into chunks.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instruction
- Pour the graham cracker crumbs into the bottoms of each mason jar. Add a layer of mini marshmallows on top of the graham cracker crumbs (optional).
