- 4 large egg whites ((reserved from preparing the pudding pie))
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 cups almond meal (lightly packed)
- 5 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
