Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ounces brewed coffee or espresso ((2 cups), sweetened to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons marshmallow sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, (whipped to soft peaks with 1 tablespoon granulated sugar)
  • 2 graham crackers, (crushed)

Instruction

  • Pour the coffee into a square baking dish, cover tightly, and freeze overnight or until solid.  
  • Turn the frozen coffee out onto a cutting board (you may need to wrap it in a hot towel), and chop into a few pieces. 
  • Feed the pieces into a food processor fitted with a grating blade.
  • Drizzle the marshmallow sauce and chocolate syrup into the serving glasses.  Lightly spoon the coffee granita over, and top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
