Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 ounces brewed coffee or espresso ((2 cups), sweetened to taste)
- 2 tablespoons marshmallow sauce
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, (whipped to soft peaks with 1 tablespoon granulated sugar)
- 2 graham crackers, (crushed)
Instruction
- Pour the coffee into a square baking dish, cover tightly, and freeze overnight or until solid.
- Turn the frozen coffee out onto a cutting board (you may need to wrap it in a hot towel), and chop into a few pieces.
- Feed the pieces into a food processor fitted with a grating blade.
- Drizzle the marshmallow sauce and chocolate syrup into the serving glasses. Lightly spoon the coffee granita over, and top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
