Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2/3 cup of butter, softened
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 package of dark choc-chips
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 3 regular size Hershey's® milk chocolate candy bars, broken
  • 2 package graham crackers, broken into squares

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven at 375°F. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Add eggs and vanilla to the creamed butter-sugar mixture and combine until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Add dry flour mixture into butter-sugar mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • On a large baking sheet, lay out graham crackers. Place a golf ball-sized ball of dough on each graham cracker square.
  • Bake cookies for 5 minutes, then remove from oven and press a piece of Hershey® chocolate on top of each cookie. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
