Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 stick salted butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 Cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 Cup chocolate chunks
- 1/4 Cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 Cup chopped graham crackers
Instruction
- Sift flour into a large pan.
- Heat over medium flame for 5 minutes, stirring often.* Set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, chop graham crackers into small pieces, about the size of the marshmallows.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, add softened butter and whip for 10-15 seconds.
- Add vanilla and both sugars, and mix until combined, about 15 seconds.
- Add flour and beat until combined.
- Add milk, a little at a time until it resembles cookie dough.
- Fold in chocolate chunks, marshmallows and graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for 15 min and then serve.
- Keep any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered.
