Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 box brownie mix (or your favorite brownie recipe)
- 1 cup graham crackers (crushed with hands)
- 12 large marshmallows
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan or brownie edge pan. Make brownie batter according to recipe or box instructions.
- Crush graham crackers with hands so that they still have relatively large chunks. Mix into the batter and stir.
- Pour batter into greased brownie pan. Place marshmallows on top, spacing evenly so that when you cut brownies into squares, each one will have a melted marshmallow in the center. Bake for 30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Let completely cool before cutting and serving.
