The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 box (18.3 oz) Betty Crocker™ fudge brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooking spray
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Golden Grahams™ cereal

Instruction

  • Begin by gathering your ingredients.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.
  • Generously coat mini muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full of the brownie batter.
  • Bake at 350° F for 17-20 minutes or until brownies are done. Let brownies cool completely.
  • Remove brownies from pan by running a knife around the edges of each brownie. Place brownies on cookie sheet and top each with 3 mini marshmallows.
  • Put brownies under the broiler for a few seconds and watch marshmallows carefully—they can burn quickly!
  • Top each brownie with a Golden Graham™ cereal.
