The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 box (18.3 oz) Betty Crocker™ fudge brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooking spray
- Mini marshmallows
- Golden Grahams™ cereal
Instruction
- Begin by gathering your ingredients.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.
- Generously coat mini muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full of the brownie batter.
- Bake at 350° F for 17-20 minutes or until brownies are done. Let brownies cool completely.
- Remove brownies from pan by running a knife around the edges of each brownie. Place brownies on cookie sheet and top each with 3 mini marshmallows.
- Put brownies under the broiler for a few seconds and watch marshmallows carefully—they can burn quickly!
- Top each brownie with a Golden Graham™ cereal.
