Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 - 7.5- ounce jar Marshmallow Fluff or Cream
  • Milk Chocolate Bars (Hershey Bars, Trader Joe's Pound Plus Bar, or Milk Chocolate Bar)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, melt butter. Stir in sugars and stir until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and stir well until combined. Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.
  • Pour into 9 x 9 pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
  • Carefully spread marshmallow fluff or cream over hot brownie. Cover marshmallows with milk chocolate bars.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla until well combined. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Drop on top of chocolate and carefully press down to spread evenly. Bake for 20-24 minutes or until set.
  • Let chill for at least 1 hour before cutting. Place in refrigerator or freezer to give it time to set up before slicing.
