  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 6 small ((fajita size) flour tortillas)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 scallions, (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, (sliced)
