Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (drained and rinsed (1 can))
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers (drained)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • For serving: Van’s Simply Delicious® Gluten Free Crackers (carrot sticks, celery sticks and grape tomatoes)

Instruction

  • In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper.
  • Serve with Van’s® Gluten Free Crackers carrot sticks, celery sticks and grape tomatoes.
