Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (drained and rinsed (1 can))
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers (drained)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- For serving: Van’s Simply Delicious® Gluten Free Crackers (carrot sticks, celery sticks and grape tomatoes)
Instruction
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Serve with Van’s® Gluten Free Crackers carrot sticks, celery sticks and grape tomatoes.
