Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/2 sticks butter (melted)
- 8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsps Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 bunch fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
- kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 pounds jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- Optional: parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Add the melted butter, garlic, Old Bay, lemon juice, parsley, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to a foil pan or cast iron skillet.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat the shrimp. Place the pan on the smoker set to 250 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, tossing a few times throughout.
- Boil the pasta according to package directions, drain, and add the cooked pasta to the pan with the shrimp on the smoker. Toss until evenly mixed. Smoke 15 more minutes.
- Serve with parmesan cheese over top if desired.
