Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 sticks butter (melted)
  • 8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tbsps Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 bunch fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 pounds jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta
  • Optional: parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • Add the melted butter, garlic, Old Bay, lemon juice, parsley, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to a foil pan or cast iron skillet.
  • Add the shrimp and toss to coat the shrimp. Place the pan on the smoker set to 250 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, tossing a few times throughout.
  • Boil the pasta according to package directions, drain, and add the cooked pasta to the pan with the shrimp on the smoker. Toss until evenly mixed. Smoke 15 more minutes.
  • Serve with parmesan cheese over top if desired.
