Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 1 handful arugula
- 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber
Instruction
- Lightly toast both slices of bread.
- Add pesto to one slice and mayonnaise to the other.
- Top pesto slice with arugula, alfalfa, smoked salmon, cucumber and avocado. Add other slice of bread on top.
- Cut in half and serve.
