Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber

Instruction

  • Lightly toast both slices of bread.
  • Add pesto to one slice and mayonnaise to the other.
  • Top pesto slice with arugula, alfalfa, smoked salmon, cucumber and avocado. Add other slice of bread on top.
  • Cut in half and serve.
