Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill
- 3 scallion
- 1 sweet pepper ((orange or red in color))
- 2 Tbsp red onion ((diced))
- 1 serrano pepper ((diced))
- 2 tsp ranch reasoning/salad dressing mix ((or less if salmon is salty))
- 6 ounce smoked salmon
- 4 Mission Carb Balance tortillas
Instruction
- Place cream cheese in a microwavable bowl, cover it with a paper towel, and microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese softens. Sprinkle the cheese with ranch seasoning and mix to combine.
- Dice all the vegetables and add them to the cream cheese filling. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Finally, fold in flaked smoked salmon.
- Divide the cream cheese filling into four portions. Spread ¼ of the mixture on each of the four tortillas.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, but not tight enough to squeeze the ingredients out of the tortilla. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Wrap each smoked salmon roll in saran plastic wrap and chill them for a few hours to allow them to set. Once chilled, slice each roll into ten slices, and serve!
