Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 cm ginger
- 2 Tbsp tamarind pulp
- 125 ml hand hot water
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
- ¼ tsp brown or black mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp nigella seeds
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp panch phoron
- 2 sprigs curry leaves (leave out, if unavailable)
- 4 Tbsp fish curry powder or any generic shop bought
- 400 ml coconut milk ((1 can) use light, if you like)
- 12 okra, left whole (or 1 large eggplant, sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (quartered)
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 salmon fillets (cut into 2-3 chunks)
- 100 g smoked salmon, cut into tiny slices
- 1 tsp clear vinegar
