Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup finely minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon pasilla chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijion mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 pounds chicken thighs
- vegetable oil (as needed)
- 1 cup cilantro leaves and tender stems
- 1/3 cup jalpenos seeded and diced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijion mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instruction
- Marinade Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, pasilla chili powder, mustard, cumin, pepper and salt.
- Add chicken thighs, turning to coat them all over with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, these are best made the night before, and allowed to marinade all night
