Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Lbs Ground chicken
- 1 1/2 Whole Carrots (shredded)
- 1/4 Whole Red onion (diced)
- 2 Whole Eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 Cup GF Panko
- 2 Tbsp Spanish paprika
- 2 Tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp Lemon pepper
- 1/8 Cup MY Dad's BBQ Sauce
Instruction
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Once combined, form the chicken mixture into a loaf. Add to your smoker at 275 degrees. Cook for approximately an hour. In the last 10 minutes, turn up to 400 degrees to get a crust on the meatloaf. Also, brush some more of My Dad's BBQ Sauce over the top of the meatloaf.Let rest for at least 5 minutes.Serve and enjoy1
