Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Lbs Ground chicken
  • 1 1/2 Whole Carrots (shredded)
  • 1/4 Whole Red onion (diced)
  • 2 Whole Eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 Cup GF Panko
  • 2 Tbsp Spanish paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon pepper
  • 1/8 Cup MY Dad's BBQ Sauce

Instruction

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Once combined, form the chicken mixture into a loaf. Add to your smoker at 275 degrees. Cook for approximately an hour. In the last 10 minutes, turn up to 400 degrees to get a crust on the meatloaf. Also, brush some more of My Dad's BBQ Sauce over the top of the meatloaf.Let rest for at least 5 minutes.Serve and enjoy1
