Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce (I used Frank's)
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instruction

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and toss them with the Old Bay seasoning and half of the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • Set the smoker to 225 degrees. Place the shrimp on the smoker for 30 to 40 minutes, brush with more buffalo sauce and flip them halfway through.
  • Serve with remaining buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping if desired.
