The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 Bratwursts
- Wood chips for smoking
- 6 Brat Buns
- Sauerkraut
- Chopped Onions
- Condiments of your choice
Instruction
- Heat your smoker to 225 degrees and add your favorite wood chips. (apple wood is a good choice if you are unsure what to use)
- Place brats inside the smoker and let cook until the interior of the brat reaches 160 degrees. This should take 1 hour and 45 minutes - 2 hours.
- Serve immediately with toppings of your choice.
