The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 Bratwursts
  • Wood chips for smoking
  • 6 Brat Buns
  • Sauerkraut
  • Chopped Onions
  • Condiments of your choice

Instruction

  • Heat your smoker to 225 degrees and add your favorite wood chips. (apple wood is a good choice if you are unsure what to use)
  • Place brats inside the smoker and let cook until the interior of the brat reaches 160 degrees. This should take 1 hour and 45 minutes - 2 hours.
  • Serve immediately with toppings of your choice.
