  • 1 ½ tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter ((½ stick))
  • 2 garlic cloves (peeled and smashed / crushed)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
