Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 large jalapenos
  • 4 oz block sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups leftover BBQ pulled pork
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus more to brush over top)
  • 12 slices bacon (thin cut works best)

Instruction

  • Cut each jalapeno in half, using a spoon scrape away the seeds and white ribs. Note: Recommend to wear plastic gloves
  • Cut the block of cheese into 12 equal pieces that will fit in each jalapeno half.
  • Mix together the BBQ pulled pork and BBQ sauce.
  • Place a piece of cheese in each jalapeno half, top with the pulled pork, and wrap a piece of bacon around each stuffed jalapeno. Brush more BBQ sauce over top.
  • Place the jalapenos in a smoker set to 250 degrees for 2 hours.
  • Let cool slightly and serve.
