Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Tbsps melted butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp BBQ seasoning (I used Meat Church Honey Hog)
  • 6 ears corn on the cob (shucked)

Instruction

  • Mix the garlic and half of the BBQ seasoning with the melted butter.
  • Brush the BBQ butter on all sides of the corn. Sprinkle with remaining BBQ seasoning.
  • Place the corn on a smoker set to 225-250 degrees for 45 minutes, turning a few times as it cooks.
