Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 large jalapenos
- 8 oz cream cheese (at room temp)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 Tbsp BBQ seasoning (plus a little more to sprinkle over top)
- 12 slices bacon (thin sliced bacon works best)
Instruction
- Cut each jalapeno in half, using a spoon scrape away the seeds and white ribs.Note: Recommend to wear plastic gloves.
- In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar and 3/4 Tbsp BBQ seasoning.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with this mixture and then wrap each jalapeno half with a slice of bacon. Sprinkle a little more BBQ seasoning over top.
- Place the jalapenos in a smoker set to 250 degrees for 2 hours.
- Let cool slightly and serve.
