Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 slices bacon
  • BBQ seasoning
  • 12 brussels sprouts
  • 12 toothpicks that have been soaked in water for several hours
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 Tbsps dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic

Instruction

  • Cut the slices of bacon in half. Season one side of the bacon with BBQ seasoning.
  • Wrap each half slice of bacon around the brussels sprouts, seasoned side facing out, and secure the bacon with a toothpick.
  • Place them on a smoker set to 250 degrees for one and a half hours.
  • In a bowl add the mayo, dijon mustard, and garlic. Stir until evenly mixed. Serve with the brussels sprouts as a dipping sauce.
