Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 slices bacon
- BBQ seasoning
- 12 brussels sprouts
- 12 toothpicks that have been soaked in water for several hours
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsps dijon mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
Instruction
- Cut the slices of bacon in half. Season one side of the bacon with BBQ seasoning.
- Wrap each half slice of bacon around the brussels sprouts, seasoned side facing out, and secure the bacon with a toothpick.
- Place them on a smoker set to 250 degrees for one and a half hours.
- In a bowl add the mayo, dijon mustard, and garlic. Stir until evenly mixed. Serve with the brussels sprouts as a dipping sauce.
